At APPARATUS, we strive for perfection in every piece, but we understand that sometimes an item may not fit your space as intended. We offer a 30-day return window for most of our signature collections to ensure your home remains a sanctuary of curated design.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repack the item in its original protective packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and certification documents are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of the crate or box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for pristine condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
