Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces are made to order and typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Ready-to-ship accessories usually depart our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping for large items?
Yes, APPARATUS ships globally. For oversized items or international furniture delivery, shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-upholstered furniture is final sale.
How can I track the assembly and delivery of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large furniture items, our white-glove delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient installation window.
